Common questions
What grading scales can I use?
Letter grades from A+ to F, percentages, or standards-based marks — E (Excellent), G (Good), S (Satisfactory), P (Progressing), N (Needs Improvement) and U (Unsatisfactory). Mix them across subjects if that suits your family.
Can I add standardized test scores?
Yes. There’s a Test Scores section where you add a test name and the score. If you leave it blank it simply doesn’t appear on the printed report card.
Can I make one per term or semester?
Yes. Create as many report cards as you like on any plan — quarterly, per semester, or one at the end of the year. They’re grouped by school year in your account.
Can I do report cards for several children?
The Family plan covers up to 9 children, each with their own profile and their own records. The School plan covers unlimited students.
What does the finished report card look like?
A printable PDF with your homeschool name, your student’s name and grade, every subject and grade, any test scores, optional notes, total attendance and a grading scale legend.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
They stay in your account. On the free plan you can still open and download everything — new PDFs simply carry a watermark.
