Can I really use the free plan forever?
Yes. Starter is not a trial and it does not expire — no credit card, ever. You get every report type for one child, your PDFs carry a small watermark. Your account, students, photos and attendance stay for as long as your account is open (free-plan reports are kept for 6 months).
How do I cancel?
From your account, in a couple of clicks, any time. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call. You drop back to Starter, keep your account, students, photos and attendance, and can still download everything (free-plan reports are kept for 6 months).
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can move between Family and School, and between monthly and yearly, whenever you like from your account.
Is it per child or per family?
Per family. The Family plan covers up to 9 children at one price. The School plan covers unlimited students, which is what co-ops, churches and umbrella schools usually need.
What happens to my reports if I stop paying?
Your account, students and attendance stay, and you can still open and download everything — new PDFs just carry the watermark again (free-plan reports are kept for 6 months).
