Can I really use the free plan forever?
Yes. Starter is not a trial. You get every report, unlimited times, for as long as you like, with no credit card. Your PDFs simply carry a small watermark.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in a couple of clicks, any time. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call. Your records stay in your account afterwards — you drop back to the free plan and can still download everything.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. You can move between Family and School, and between monthly and yearly, whenever you like from your account.
Is it per child or per family?
Per family. The Family plan covers up to 9 children at one price. The School plan covers unlimited students, which is what co-ops, churches and umbrella schools usually need.
What happens to my reports if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you have created stays in your account and you can still open and download it — new PDFs just carry the watermark again.
