Stop rebuilding the same spreadsheet

Attendance is the record most families put off

Keeping a homeschool attendance record isn’t hard. It’s relentless — 180 days, tracked one at a time, in a notebook that goes missing in November.

Doing it by hand

  • Counting squares on a paper calendar
  • A spreadsheet only you understand
  • Rebuilding it every single year
  • Scrambling when someone asks for records

With Homeschool Reports

  • Mark a whole school year in one click
  • Every child on one screen
  • Past years saved and ready to reprint
  • A professional PDF whenever you need it

Three steps, then it’s done

Your homeschool attendance tracker, set up in three steps

1

Add your students

One profile per child with their name, grade and school year. About a minute each, and you only do it once.

2

Mark the days

Tap days as you go, or use Mark Specific Days to fill every weekday across a month — or the whole year — at once.

3

Download your report

One click produces a clean PDF with a month-by-month calendar and your total days, ready to print or email.

Built for real homeschool families

Everything a homeschool attendance tracker should do

Mark a whole year at once

Select Monday to Friday across your entire school year, then adjust the exceptions — instead of tapping 180 boxes.

Every child, one screen

The Family Attendance Tracker shows all your students side by side, so a co-op day or holiday is marked for everyone at once.

Month and year views

See one month in detail or the whole school year at a glance, so you always know if you’re on track.

Your school year, your dates

A July start, a year-round schedule, a late June finish — the calendar follows you, not a public school district.

Reports you can hand over

A professional PDF with a month-by-month calendar, your student’s name, your homeschool name and total days attended.

🔒

Private & saved for good

Past years stay in your account, grouped and ready to reprint. Records are locked to you and never indexed by search engines.

Common questions

How many attendance days does my state require?

It varies widely — many states ask for 180 days, some count hours instead, and several have no requirement at all. Our state pages cover all fifty. Requirements do change, so confirm with your state before filing anything.

Can I track more than one child?

Yes. The Family plan covers up to 9 children and shows them all on one screen, so you can mark a day for everyone at once. The School plan covers unlimited students.

What if we school year-round, or start in July?

You set your own school year start and end dates and the calendar follows them. Year-round, late starts and unusual schedules are all fine.

What does the attendance report look like?

A printable PDF with a month-by-month calendar showing every day marked, your student’s name, your homeschool name, and total days attended for the year.

Is there anything to install?

No. Homeschool Reports runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to download, nothing to update.

What happens to my records if I cancel?

They stay in your account. On the free plan you can still open and download everything — new PDFs simply carry a watermark.
