You have full control over deleting your data:
- To delete a single student and all of their records, log in, go to My Dashboard, open the student profile, and click Delete. When you confirm, that student and all of their records are permanently deleted.
- To delete your entire account and all associated data, email us with a request to delete all data associated with your email address, and we’ll remove your account and everything in it.
Please note that deleted data cannot be recovered, so be sure to download or print anything you’d like to keep first.
What Happens to My Records if I Cancel My Subscription?
Your records stay available for 6 months after your subscription ends. Reactivate within that time and everything is right where you left it. After 6 months without reactivating, your records are permanently deleted, so be sure to download or print anything you’d like to keep. Your student profiles remain on your account.
Are My Records Saved on a Free Account?
Your student profiles are kept, but records you create on a free account are automatically deleted 6 months after you create them. The 6-month clock is based on when each record is created, so changing your Current School Year Dates won’t keep an older record around longer. To store your records long-term, upgrade to a paid subscription.
What’s the Difference Between Archiving and Deleting a Student?
Archiving hides a student from your active dashboard but keeps all of their records safe — you can reactivate them anytime and everything will be right where you left it. Deleting permanently removes the student and all of their records and cannot be undone.
